Niagara River Cruises places the safety and health of it’s crew and passengers as its utmost first priority committed to providing a safe environment for all. We are following the recommendations provided by the Center For Disease Control CDC) and the New York State Department of Health.

Tickets are transferrable to another person or family member. There are no refunds for purchased tickets.

Priority boarding is provided to individuals who make prior reservations online. Walk-ups board after. If you are a walk-up, seating is based on availably. Please bring cash as we do not accept credit cards at the dock.

Reservations are strongly recommended for the Special events listed on the Calendar to secure a spot. We are limited to 35 passengers which will sell out fast.

Reservations should be made as far ahead as possible to secure tickets.

Your printed confirmation from the website is your boarding pass. You will not receive tickets in the mail. If you wish to purchase prior to boarding & there is availability, please make sure you have CASH available. No credit cards are accepted at the docks.

We not have a dedicated parking lot. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis on Sweeney and Oliver streets. Car pooling always a great option!

Boarding starts 15 minutes before departure. Please be on time so you don’t miss the boat.

We do allow you to bring food and drinks. You can bring your own personal sized cooler.

No smoking or vaping is allowed whatsoever on the “Queen of Peace”.

All cruises are rain or shine. Please dress weather appropriate. It is 10 degrees cooler on the water.

There are USCG approved life vests on board for all passengers adults and children. If you have an infant you are required to provide your own life vest.
